"Organising the global Fashion's Night Out Vogue celebration has been a little like planning a UN convention or a royal wedding without name tags.."-Emily Zak, Vogue Retail Editor
Tomorrow night, myself and fellow blogger and fashion intern-extraordinaire Lola of LolitaLoves will be pounding the pavements of W1, cameras in tow, for London's leg of Fashion's Night Out...a Vogue production!
Potential action plan for the evening;
Kick off with champagne and canapes at Topshop where you can buy your t-shirt (designed by vogue fashion director Lucinda Chambers); then head to Browns, where a plethora of fashion fitties will take over the store, manning tills, helping out in the fitting rooms, DJing, etc. Rumoured designers include Roksanda Illincic, Jonathan Saunders, Henry Holland and Wiliam Tempest; Chanel's Old Bond St boutique will play host to a live Vogue fashion shoot with Kate Phelan and Daisy Lowe between 7-9pm; On Oxford Street, M&S are hosting 4 catwalk shows throughout the evening to the tune of Little Boots, while there will be more 'celebrity DJs at H&M, as well as a chance to win Jimmy Choo for H&M goodies; Liberty's is getting well into the spirit with a series of workshops over several floors; and if you have time, make an effort to get to Dior on Sloane Street, where customers will be able to star in their own photoshoots, modelling the A/W collections.
Over 200 shops and boutiques across London are taking part, see Vogue for more info.
See you out shopping!
